Inferno Hot Pilates, created by Gabriella Walters, is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) low impact class that avoids jumping to protect joints & ligaments while using Pilates principles. The class is done on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity.
What is our niche?
Added heat which speeds up the heart rate & intensifies the workout to make it more challenging. The first part of the class incorporates core & glute activation, the last part of the class (this is where the quick results happen) incorporates legs, arms & cardio making it a full body workout.
